x3-3x-2=0,its solution is 2,-1.but how can i understood whether it is 2,2,-1 or 2,-1,-1?

your ans is 2 and -1 both of which are factors of 2

you are telling me the ans...but in your way i will not find the third value, i.e.(2,-1,-1) is the ans..but how can i find last -1?
