\huge\mathfrak\pink{Answer:}

Factorise x3 - 3x2 - 9x - 5

Given that X³ – 3x² – 9x – 5

= x³ + x² – 4x² – 4x – 5x – 5

= x²( x + 1) – 4x ( x + 1) – 5(x + 1)

= (x + 1)(x² – 4x – 5)

= (x + 1)(x² -5x + x – 5)

= (x + 1)(x – 5) (x + 1)

hence, (x +1), (x -5) and (x +1) are the factors of given polynomial .

I hope it would help uh out❤️✌️
