Answer:

you can cancel x^3 both side

Then one root will be x=0

now you can just solve like

4x²+3 = 2

4x²= -1

this not possible that a square of any number will be negative so only root exists that is 0 so it's not a quadratic equation

Solution:

 {x}^{3} 4 {x}^{2}  + 3 =  {x}^{3}  + 2 \\  {x}^{3}  -  {x}^{3}  + 4 {x}^{2}  +  3 - 2 = 0

0 + 4 {x}^{2}  + 1

 = 4 {x}^{2}  + 1

The highest degree of the the polynomial is 2 ,so far it is quadratic.
