Reason is,

Very weak van der Waals' attractive forces can exist between non-polar molecules. With increase in size, the strength of van der Waals' forces increases.

In order to liquify the gases, they need to be compressed and the Vander Waal forces between them should be increased. As the size increases from He to Xe, the Vander Waal forces also increase and it becomes easy to liquify Xe at low temperatures.
