Yes, Xenon forms compounds with oxygen and fluorine as they are the most electronegative elements on the periodic table.

Some of the reactions of Xenon are:

Reaction Ratio of mixing

Xe + F₂ ----------> XeF₂ 1:2

Xe + F₂ ----------> XeF₄ 1:5

Xe + F₂ ----------> XeF₆ 1:20

XeF₂ + H₂ ------------> Xe + 2HF

XeF₄ + 2H₂ ------------> Xe + 4HF

XeF₆ + 3H₂ ------------> Xe + 6HF

XeF₆ + 3H₂O -------------> XeO₃ + 6 HF

XeF₆ + H₂O ------------> XeOF₄ + 2HF

XeF₆ + 2H₂O -----------> XeO₂F₂ + 4HF

Hope it helps!!!
