temperature of metal in Fahrenheit is 122°F . we have to find temperature in °C.

using the relation, (F - 32)/180 = C/100

⇒(122 - 32)/180 = C/100

⇒90/180 = C/100

⇒C = 50° C

hence, temperature in degree Celsius is 50°C.

magnifying power = objective focal/eyepiece focal length

⇒15 = 1m/eyepiece focal length

⇒eyepiece focal length = 1/15 m = 100/15 cm = 20/3 = 6.67 cm

hence, focal length of eyepiece is 6.67cm
