My inspiration

Can you believe it ? No ? even my friends didn't believe me but it's true. She was the Chief guest of today's match as it was the final match of the tournament. She personally talked to me ! When she was distributing the medals to the team, me being the captain was called for the meet with Shreya Ma'am.

I was like the cat on the hot bricks when we shook our hands with each other. I smiled at her and told her how much I respect her. I even told her that she was my inspiration in the filed of volleyball. Everytime I feel like I can't play in a match, remembering Shreya Ma'am boosted my confidence.

Shreya Ma'am was earlier a national level volleyball player. But in the year 2011, a group of gangsters threw her out of the train when she stopped them form stealing a gold chain. She was majorly injured and lost her one leg. The family members as well as the doctors were pity for her. But she didn't liked the sympathy and decided to climb Mt.Everest to make people believe that she is still capable of doing great things.

She finally proved it when she climbed the mighty Mountain.

I find inspiration in a variety of people and things. I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my grandmother. She always had a smile on her face no matter how hard she worked and she loved everyone. She was well respected and always gave more than she received. I try to live like she did, as much as I can. She has spent every day of her life working hard, and I have never once heard her complain about being tired and overworked. She taught me the value of a good reputation, and I still seek out her opinion when I need inspiration.
