This is a picture of a street on a rainy day.

there is a car parked near a house.

Two people are passing through the street wearing raincoat and gumboots.they are also carrying an umbrella.it's a nice rainy day picture with a wonderful weather. it seems better to stay in home as it is coll weather outside and take a cup of coffee.if you go outside you may get wet and also ther will me muddy puddles on the ground which make our clothes dirty .so it is better to stay home and watch the weather through the window if not necessary to go out .

I think you may not like the paragraph as I have written too many useless things

but I have written that which come in my mind after seeing the picture
