${x}^{2} + 4x + 4 = 0 \\ \\ {x}^{2} + 2x + 2x + 4 = 0 \\ \\ x(x + 2) + 2(x + 2) = 0 \\ \\( x + 2) \: (x + 2) = 0 \\ \\ x = 2$
$x = 2$

xx + 4x + 4 =0
xx + 2x +2x +4 =0
x(x+2) + 2(x+2) =0
(x+2) (x+2) =0

x + 2 = 0
x = 0-2
x= -2
