xy = 3

yz = 6

zx = 2

From this we see,

x = 3/y, 2/z

y = 3/x, 6/z

z = 2/x, 6/y

zx = 3/y * 6/y = 18/y

18/y = 2

y = 9

9 = 3/x

x = 1/3

1/3*z = 2

z = 6

Therefore, x + y + z = 1/3 + 9 + 6 = 1/3 + 27/3 + 18/3 = 46/3
