is greater than XZ.

As XY is the diameter of the circle, so it is the longest whereas XZ is a chord yet smaller than XY.

Hey mate.
Here is your answer-

As we know that diameter is also known as chord.
Therefore, in the above diagram there are two chords. They are - XY and XZ

We knoq that diameter is known by different names. Example- double of radius, median of circle and longest chord.

To prove it XY > XZ

As we know that, diameter is the longest chord in a circle i.e. XY will be greater than XZ.

Therefore, we proved that XY>XZ.
