here, given equations are

 x y/x + y = 4/3 ;   y z/y + z = 12/5 ;    z x/z + x = 3/2

we can rewrite these equations by canceling the same terms we get.

y + y = 4/3 ;   z + z = 12/5 ;    x + x = 3/2

again, adding the same terms we get.

2y = 4/3   ;    2z = 12/5   ;   2x = 3/2

again, dividing both sides by 2 we get.

y = 4/6    ;      z = 12/10   ;    x = 3/4

therefore, the values of x, y and z are 3/4, 4/6 and 12/10
