Step-by-step explanation:

Prime Number: A prime number is a number which has only 2 factors, i.e. 1 and the number itself.

Probability: Probability is the measure of the chance that an event will occur.

According to Question:-

Digits Given:

0,1,2,3 and 4

Condition:

No repetition of digits and a two digit number to be formed

All the possible digit combinations:

10,12,13,14

20,21,23,24

30,31,32,34

40,41,42,43

Therefore, there are 16 such combinations fulfilling all conditions.

Now these are the prime numbers you have got:

13,23,31,41,43

Therefore, the probability of getting a prime number is 5/16.
