Given y + 11/6 - (y + 1)/9 = (y + 7)/4

LCM = 36.

6(y + 11) - 4(y + 1) = 9(y + 7)

6y + 66 - 4y - 4 = 9y + 63

2y + 62 = 9y + 63

2y = 9y + 1

-7y = 1

y = -1/7

Hope this helps!

HELLO DEAR,

 \frac{y + 11}{6}  -  \frac{y + 1}{9}  =  \frac{y + 7}{4}  \\  =  >  \frac{9y + 99 - 6y - 6}{54}  =  \frac{y + 7}{4}  \\  =  >  \frac{93 + 3y}{54}  =  \frac{y + 7}{4}  \\  =  >  \frac{3(31 + y)}{3 \times 2 \times 9}  =  \frac{y + 7}{4}  \\  =  > 62 + 2y = 9y + 63 \\  =  > 7y = 62 - 63 \\  =  > y =   \frac{ - 1}{7}
I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
