y-3=2y-5....(1)
then y=2
using in equation (1)

2-3=2×2-5
2-3=4-5
-1=-1
hence, LHS=RHS

Answer:

answer will be -1 = -1

Step-by-step explanation:

y - 3 = 2y - 5

here,

y = 2

Since, 2 - 3 = 2x2 - 5

= -1 = -1

LHS = RHS
