Ans. Check ur ques first

(y-1) can't be the factor of given p(X)

as when we put y-1 =0 it comes y=1

P(X)=y^2+y+1

P(1)=(1)^2+1+1

=1+1+1=3.

When we put like this answer should come equal to zero...
