Step-by-step explanation:

y=2x-1 multiple (3)

3y=(2x-1)*3

3y=6x-3

3y-6x+3=0.......(1)

x-3y+7=0......(2)

On adding equation one and two

3y-6x+3+x-3y+7=0

-5x+10=0

10=5x

x=10/5

x=2

put the value of (x) in equation (1)

3y-6*2+3=0

3y-12+3=0

3y=9

y=3
