Let y = 2x + 3 be line 1,

Let y = 2x - 3 be line 2,

Let y = -2x + 3 be line 3.

Taking Line 1 and Line 2, for parallel lines, a1/a2 = b1/b2 \neq c1/c2

2x - y + 3 = 0

2x - y - 3 = 0

Here, a1/a2 = b1/b2 \neq c1/c2

Therefore, Line 1 is parallel to Line 2.
