\huge{\mathbb{\underline{QUESTION}}} :-

\bf \: y + \frac{3}{2} = 15

\huge{\mathbb{\underline{SOLUTION}}} :-

\bf \: y + \frac{3}{2} = 5

take the fraction to RHS ,

\bf = > y = 5 - \frac{3}{2}

take the LCM ( 1, 2 ) = 2 , and subtract the terms ;

\bf = > y = \frac{10 - 3}{2} \\ \\ \bf= > y = \frac{7}{2}

thus , value of Y = 7/2

\boxed{\red{\mathcal{Answer = {\frac{7}{2}}}}}
