 \frac{y - 4}{3 + 3y}  =  \frac{4}{1}
y - 4 = 12 + 12y
 - 4 - 12 = 11y
 - 16 = 11y
y =  \frac{  - 16}{11}

 \frac{y - 4}{3 + 3y} = 4 \\ \ \\ y - 4 = 4 \times (3 + 3y) \\ y - 4 = 12 + 12y \\ y - 12y = 12 + 4 \\ - 11y = 16 \\ y = - \frac{16}{11}

hope it helps and please mark it as brainliest.Thanks
