Explanation:

∵y=x2+a2

dxdy=2x2+a21.2x

dxdy=x2+a2x

y+dxdy−x=y.x2+a2x−x

              =x2+a2⋅x2+a2x−x=x−x=0

∴y+dxdy−x=0

Explanation:

as x=a/square root of 2

so when we replace the value of x a itself and square root 2 are constant when we take derivative of constant it becomes 0
