y divided by 2 -5 = y divided by 3+ 1 divided by 2

 =  >  \frac{y}{2}  - 5 =  \frac{y}{3}  +  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{y - 10}{2}  =  \frac{2y + 3}{6}  \\  \\  =  > 6(y - 10) = 2(2y + 3) \\  \\  =  > 6y - 60 = 4y + 6 \\  \\  =  > 6y - 4y = 6 + 60 \\  \\   =  > 2y = 66 \\  \\  =  > y =  \frac{66}{2}  \\  \\  =  > y = 33

If we have to find "y", here is your answer.
Y/-3 = Y/4/2
8y=-3y
8y/-3=y
