putting this on above equation we get
k = 2/3
so the equation becomes
y = 2/3(✓(x+2))
so when x= 98
we get
y= 2/3(✓(98+2))
y= 2/3(10)
y = 20/3

y=k(x+2)^1/2
when x=7,y=2
2=k(3)
