No,don't think like that.
Your parents "have made" a program,just for you. They want you to enjoy yourself. They do,really. But,fate changes sometimes.Things sometimes don't work the way it should. The scenario could be something like this-
Eg-You have decided to make a plan about strolling in the Mall,with your parents.But you couldn't,as they've just got a call from their relatives that there's something urgent they need to attend.
Now think,would that "roaming around the Mall" be something which you should really think of at the moment?
But,can't you just sacrifice one day,for some change of plans?
Plans can be shifted. There are days and days ahead of you! Just establish some proper planning,i.e-you should know which day should be marked as "a fun-day-outside"
Think about it. I'll know that you'll understand.

As according to ur question it seems like u r deeply hurt by this act of parents...Well it quite normal to get upset but don't forget a coin has always two sides...One good and the other bad side.
We more often take this kind of things in negative manner and think that our parents seemingly don't care about our feelings but ..WE ARE TOTALLY WRONG..By thinking it.Actually no one wants to hurt anyone interntionally and this happens more often due to lack of understanding.Our parents are the only people who care for our more than anyone else...So mate..Try to resign out ur parents situation before coming to a conclusion .
Switch to brighter side ...As much as possible..:)
