y = sinx + tanx \\  \\  \frac{dy}{dx}  = cosx +  {sec}^{2} x \\  \\  \frac{dy}{dx}  \:  \:  \:  \: at \:  \: x = 45 \degree \\  \\  \frac{dy}{dx}  = cos45 \degree +  {sec}^{2} 45 \degree \\  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }  + 2
