Here 2 is even and 3 is odd number

Sum of the even and odd number =2+3

=5

Hence it is proved that the sum of an odd and an even number is always an odd number.

Example

Here 4 is even and 5 is odd number

Product of even and odd number =4×5

=20

Hence it is proved that the product of an odd and an even number is always an odd number.

v.

Example

Here the three odd numbers are 1,3,5.

The product of three odd number =1×3×5

=15

Hence it is proved that the product of any three odd numbers is always an odd number.
