y= x^2 +2*x*7/2+(7\2)^2-(7/2)^2-5
y= (x+7/2)^2-49/4-5/1
y= (x+7/2)^2-(49+20)/4
y= (x+7/2)^2 -69/4
y=(x+7/2)^2+(-69/4)
compare with
y=(x+a)^2+b
a=7/2, b=-69/4
