 =  {y}^{2}  + 21y + 54

 =  {y}^{2}  + 18y + 3y + 54

 = y(y + 18) + 3(y + 18)

then value of

 = ( {y}^{2}  + 21y + 54) \div (y + 3)

  = \frac{( {y}^{2}  + 21y + 54)}{(y + 3)}

 =  \frac{(y + 18)(y + 3)}{(y + 3)}

 = (y + 18) \:  \: answer
