2(l+B)=260/2
2(l+25)=130
2l+50=130
2l=130-50
2l=80
l=40

area=l×b
=40×25
=1000meter

The area of ground is 1000 sq.m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the length be x

Breadth = 25 m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)=2(x+25)

Distance covered in 1 round = 2(x+25)

Distance covered in 2 round =4(x+25)

We are given that yamini covered a distance of 260 m   by taking 2 rounds

So, 4(x+25) = 260

x+25=65

x=65-25=40

Area of ground =Length \times Breadth = 40 \times 25 = 1000 m^2

Hence The area of ground is 1000 sq.m.
