Boiling point is the temperature at which a substamce starts evaporating and changing its form from a liquid to a gas
For.eg. The boiling point of water is 100c which means that water (liquid form) changes into water vapours ( gaseous form) when water is boiled at 100c

According to me boiling is only a verb which Means ubalna,khaulna ya kwathan Krna.
And boiling point related to science which Means that temprature at which Water Start to boil is called boiling point.
for example - boiling point of water is 100 C .means water start to boil at 100 degreeCelsicious.
