उतर :- हम जानते है कि, जब किसी बहुपद ax² + bx + c के शुन्यक m और n हो तब

  • m + n = (-b/a)
  • m * n = c/a

अत, p(x) = x² - 23x + 5 को ax² + bx + c से मिलाने पर,

  • a = 1
  • b = (-23)
  • c = 5

दिया हुआ है कि, p(x) के शुन्यक a और b है l

इसलिए,

→ a * b = c/a

→ ab = 5/1

→ ab = 5 (Ans.)

a and b are zeroes of the polynomial

To Find :  Value of ab

Solution:

px² + qx  + r is a polynomial

Then product of zeroes = r/p

Here  x² - 23x +  5

Hence Product of zeroes =  ab  =  5/1  = 5

ab =  5
