We have,

$\sin( \theta ) = \frac{p}{h} = \frac{5x}{13x}$

for some value of x

Now we get P=5x and H=13x

Now by Pythagoras theorem

B²=P²-H²

Therefore B² = (13x)² - (5x)²

= 169x² - 25x²

B² = 144x²

B = 12x

now,

$\tan(theta) = \frac{5x}{12x} = \frac{5}{12}$

and

$\sec(theta) = \frac{13x}{12x} = \frac{13}{12}$
