If (x+1) is a factor , then p(-1)=0

P(x)=x-3ax+3a-7

P(-1)=(-1)-3a(-1)+3a-7=0

=(-1)+3a+3a-7=0

=-8+6a=0

=6a=0+8

=a=8/6

=a=4/3
