Given :-

\sf{reflexive \: index \: Of \: glass = 1.5}

\sf{velocity \: Of \: light \: in \: vacuum \: (C) = 3\times 10^{8} \: m/s}

To Find :-

\sf{velocity \: of \: light \: in \: glass(phase) = ?}

Reflexive Index Formula :-

\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \:  \sf{n =\dfrac{c}{v}}

Where ,

\: \: \: \: \: • n = reflaxive index

\: \: \: \: \: • c = velocity of light in vacuum

\: \: \: \: \: • v = velocity of light in phase

On Using the above formula -

\: \: \: \: \: \sf{v =\dfrac{c}{n}}
