Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was born on 19February 1630.He was the son of Shahin Maharaj and Jijamata. He was born at Shoppers fort,Pune ,Maharashtra. He was the founder of Hindavi Swaraj. In his entire life he captured 46 forts. Out of them Torana was the first. This great protector of people died on 3April 1630.
