when a heterozygous tall plant is crossed with dwarf plant

heterozygous tall plant =Tt

homozygous dwarf plant =tt

on crossing off springs are    Tt      Tt     tt     tt

hence ratio is

50% heterozygous tall : 50% homozygous dwarf

hence ratio is 1:1
