Answer:

Frequency is 6×10^-17

Wavenumber is 2×10^7

Explanation:

Frequency is =c÷wavelength implies

Frequency is 3×10^8÷500×10^-10

Frequency is 6×10^-17

Wavenumber is reciprocal of wavelength implies 1÷500×10^-10

Wavenumber is 2×10^7

frequency = c/wavelength

= 3×10^8/500×10^-10

= 6 × 10^15

wave no = 1/wavelength = 1/500 ×10^-10

= 2× 10^7
