Information: There's a man and a woman talking. He said, “Yes, I hear you.”

If I want to change the direct speech sentence into an indirect one, are all them correct?

1. He said (that), yes, he hear/heard her.

2. He said (that) indeed he hear/heard her.

3. He agreed (that) he hear/heard her.
