"Yet your mistrust cannot make me a traitor' This quoted line has been said by Duke Fredrick to Rosalind.

He was telling her that since she has no trust on him so her mistrust cannot bound to make him a traitor .Here traitor is being referred to "Rosalind's father". Traitor is referred to a person who actually betrays another person .

So Duke Fredrick tell that even if Rosalind mistrusts him , he will never betray her.
