Yikes! - Normally used for shock and humour effect.

Something Spooked means – something made that person to get scared.

Good and proper means – This person would have been a bad guy so, when he got frightened severely, the person who was affected by him would have said like this. 

When someone whom we don’t like and is in trouble, we say, “You deserve it!.”  Like that only.
