ESSAY ON YOGA
'Yoga' means 'Yuj' in Sanskrit, which means to unite. It also means - 'unification of physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual aspects of a human being.'
In this modern world, all are busy in their works. Most are unhappy. Most of their life is full of tension, stress, and problems. They don't have time to relax. They make a busy schedule and unable to find time for themselves. They are mentally and physically tense. Even doing the best, one is not satisfied. In such a situation, yoga can play an important role in life.
Here is the importance of yoga-
- It helps in physical purity: By performing yoga our mind, the body gets cleaned.
- Yoga reduces mental stress: Some people do not stay happy after having a successful life. Reason- no satisfaction. Yoga helps to get out of this pressure.
- Yoga helps to maintain a correct posture.
- Yoga helps to increase flexibility: with good flexibility, work can be done very easily.
To lead a better life yoga is important. Take out time for yourself. Significant to the current generation.
So, one can lead a happy, peaceful, healthy, and productive life.
