Firstly, we have to sit (Better to sit in Padmasana). The room should be ventilated for better results. We have to close our eyes. Now, We have to put our index fingers in the ear pressing the cartilage between ear and cheeks.

Then, We have make a pitched sound like the Bhramar. Simultaneously, we have to breathe air in and out.
