Yogesh takes a magnetic compass in the lab and tries to show how it works to his friends. But, it does not

work well in the laboratory. It just swings to and forth. He then takes it out in the field and it started

working. What do you think could be the possible reasons for this?

Hii:)

ik tht this is from PISA exam cause even i wrote it yesterday :p

it could have happened because the laboratory has several other magnetic appliances and hence the compass must have deflected.

in the open, we will not find as many magnetic things as lab, hence clearly the compass will point towards earths magnetic poles.

mark this as brainliest plz:)

Answer:

•The lab was full of Electronic Appliances.

• That may have high magnetic effects.

•The magnet in the compass needle is small that can not work in strong magnetic field ( i.e. field in the room.

•If it is back in normal environment, then it will back its magnetism also.
