So , we have to add 445 + 165

= ₹ 610

So , 139 VCRs = ₹ 14350 x 139

= ₹ 19,94,650

3. No. of houses constructed = 397

Cost of construction for each house = ₹ 32,50,000

Now , we have to multiply 32,50,000 from 397

= 32,50,000 x 397

= ₹ 12,90,25,000
