Sunday.
What an amazing day today, we all went for river rafting and believe me it is the most wonderful experience which I have ever had. We all get up in the morning, dressed up, had light breakfast and went for the river rafting excitedly. The taxi from raft office picked us from the home and took us to their main office. Then we piled in a van which was following a Unimog that had our boats on top. We drove for about a ½ hour, then the roads got too rough, and we got in the back of the Unimog for another 30 minutes. Finally we were far enough upstream, and we got off the truck, had our rowing lesson and hopped in our raft which take us on rafting trip of 29 kms which has total 9 rapids which were the real adventure of this rafting. We enjoyed lot, the trip was great, and I have pictures to prove it, after the 3 hrs rafting we came back to our home and I’m too tired to write more. Now, I am exhausted. I’ll probably just take it easy tonight, enjoying my last evening in Rishikesh, as I head back to Delhi tomorrow.
