Today was a very miserable day for me. It was gonna be great day because my mother was gonna meet her highschool best friend after 23 years. It was a very big deal for us. She came to our house and we had a lot of fun spending time with her. She had brought a new mobile phone for my mother as a gift. Mom loved it. I kept admiring the phone When she went out to say goodbye to her. I ran to show the mobile to my elder sister who was studying in her room. I slipped and fell near the kitchen as there was some water on the ground. The mobile slipped out of my hand and fell onto the ground and broke. i was so scared that at that time my heartbeat started running fast. I ran upstairs to my room and slammed the door. When my mom came back she saw the broken phone lying down near the couch. She was angry as well as sad not because the mobile was expensive but because it was given by her best friend. She didn't talked to us for two whole days. I felt very bad because i was the one responsible for it. The next day i went and told mom everything. She didn't say anything but just kept ignoring. I knew that she'll forgive me one day.
