Dear Mr. Johnson:
I am writing this letter to complain about the poor quality of food and service at the cafeteria of Kensington Public High. Recently, as much as 23 students, including me, have been victims of food poisoning. The only common place we have dined in over the last two weeks is the school cafeteria. Therefore, we have reason to believe the cafeteria is the cause of our food poisoning.
Also, there have been many cases where students have found things such as hair, plastic, and even bugs, in their food. There are also cases where students found their food to be raw or not cooked enough. They have reported it to the cafeteria staff, but the staff always appeared impatient and annoyed. No action have been taken to improve the quality of the food.
I sincerely hope that action will be taken to improve the quality of both food and service in our cafeteria. This is for the health and convenience of all students, teachers, and other school staff. If no changes are made in the next two weeks, I will be filing an official complaint to the Department of Education and the Department of Health Services. Thank you.
