You Amish are staying at 53 Banjara hills Hyderabad. last summer you bought a colour television from declared vision of Hyderabad with a warranty of 2 years. Now you discover picture gets blurred every now and then. Even the sound has became defective. Write a letter to the dealer complaining about the problem and requesting him to get the defect rectified. also request him to replace it and if needed against the day warranty that goes with it.

Sir,

I regret to inform you that the television [model - LG OLED TV] I bought last summer [order number: 258541] is not functioning up to my expectations. For the past 2 weeks, the picture gets blurry every now and then and the sound either starts fluctuating or just does not play at all.

I am writing this letter to request that the television be rectified of its defects and that it functions normally. I bought the television with a warranty of 2 years as well. In case it needs to be replaced against the warranty that came with it, do let me know about it at the earliest so that I can stay prepared and hand it over.

Attached below are the receipts and a copy of the warranty for your reference. Do let me know at the earliest what action you intend to take and if you need to inspect the device.
