I think in the Mela stage program should be done by the principal of that is cool to collect all child and in this there are many School participants should participate in the dance in the song and many in the drama

1) There can be stalls of games , food court etc. rides, such as colombus ,the horse one or any other stalls of popcorn, candies etc.
2) by going to the slums, provide them some proper clothes so they can visit the mela.
3) maybe it depends on the principal, but it should be acceptable as we are doing it for the small kids.
4) yes but we have to do it somewhere else with a charity or a NGO.
5) It would be little difficult as first we have to find a NGO who is supporting this.
