I think that reaction of first two friends was bad because without understanding situation of person you can't judge anyone third friends was right because it's not necessary that everyone get everything from birth only slums can be also change if there is some investment by goverment

if slums can be cleaned child's ger proper education and the people should be taught about new thing that can earn more income.
